TERMS

The retreat prices are charged per person and don’t include flights.

To reserve your place at EutoniaRetreats a non refundable booking fee of 30% of the total cost, is required and is not refundable in any case.

Prior 3 months (90 days ) of the booked retreat, the customer has to deposit the 50% of the total price.

Prior 1 month (30 days) of the booked retreat, the customer has to pay off .

All cancellations must be notified in writing via email or the website contact form.

A full refund minus 5% admin charge will be provided within 24 hours after your booking confirmation in case you wish to cancel.

Eutonia Retreats holds the full right to cancel a retreat in which case deposits will be fully refunded.

A 50% refund will be provided in eighty (80) days time prior the booked retreat.

A 25% refund will be provided in forty (40) days time prior the booked retreat.

In case of non-show of the customer, 100% of the service will be charged and there is no refund

If the retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we can not guarantee a refund. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Flights and Transfers

Flights must be booked independently, following confirmation of your retreat . Please await confirmation from the Eutonia Retreats before booking any flights.

Transfers from airport to the retreat and back outside our scheduled transfers included in our packages are available at an additional cost.

Guests are welcome to arrange their own method of transport such as a taxi, instead of arranging transfers via our partners.

Payments at Retreat

Please note that payment for extra services, items or treatments, can be paid for by debit or credit card or by cash in Euros.

Passports, Visas and Documents

It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a visa and all necessary documents as to be able to visit Eutonia Retreats events.

Health issues including allergies MUST be disclosed at the time of booking.

Please make sure you have your health insurance documents with you, as Eutonia retreats does not take responsibility for any medical issues arise on site.
After you have booked your retreat and prior your departure you will be asked to fill in your medical /allergies report.
The report is private and confidential. As to take part in our retreats you shall be an adult. In case customers wish to have their children with them,
they must be over 16 years old , they can follow the retreat program at the same cost and the parents take full responsibility of them(as they are underage) and share the room.

Room damages

If you damage your room or any of the property within your room we will automatically deduct the cost of repairing / replacing / redecorating from your registered card.

Personal Data

In accordance with the General Data Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
Your personal information (e.g. your name, email address, residence, telephone number, medical record etc) that you provide us, will be used so as to communicate with you,
send you newsletters, offers, tax documents, announcements and other advertising materials. We don’t deliver or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Exercise of customer’s rights

The customer may request to access their personal details as to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data, to request the deletion of their personal data
when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to state or confirm revocation of consent, to obtain from us the limitation of data processing,
when any of the conditions provided in the data protection regulations are met.

Dispute and applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Greek Law. In case there is dispute between the customer and the Retreat company, the Greek courts seated in Thessaloniki will be competent.
