Eutonia

Eutonia is a Greek word, which is etymologically translated as the tendency to increase the sense of the physical well-being; where ‘eu’ means good and ‘tonos’ tone. The name of this project ‘Eutonia Retreats’ embodies the attempt to improve yourselves, but not only physically. Mental health improvement is also the key. It is more like a journey to know yourselves and live with the best version of them, rather than change or modify them.

Throughout processes that are related to personal improvement, you are discovering the power that your mind has, the secrets that your soul hides and the spiritual vigor that your bodies can reveal. This is a one way journey, with no return ticket; and it is up to you to experience health, happiness and prosperity that will last forever. ‘Eutonia’ is here to show you that ‘health is the new wealth’ and that by having a good mental health, high life satisfaction and the willingness to overcome any obstacle is what will complete you mentally and physically.

This project is a combination of approaching the Greek motto ‘νους υγιής εν σώματι υγιεί’, which encompasses the mindset of a healthy mind in a healthy body and discovering the natural treasures of a blessed place. By taking a dive into the crystal blue water and eating fresh seafood to enjoying the sunset and relaxing in a peaceful accommodation, Greece is the destination that Eutonia is taking you on a tour of. This idea was created to help you find the inner peace and self-love that you are missing throughout places and processes with incredible natural wealth; to let the Greek energy transfer you to an ideal location, where you will be able to live with no stress, worries and problems.
